The controller of your personal data is Fraser Automotive Design Limited, a private limited company registered in England with company number 17526146.

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), vehicle, wheel of interest and message.

We also record that you gave consent, the time the enquiry was submitted and the page you enquired from. We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and to carry out commissions you ask us to undertake.

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our wheels.

This site is hosted by Replit on Google Cloud infrastructure. Enquiries are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Replit.

Our hosting provider, Replit, Inc., is based in the United States and uses Google Cloud infrastructure, so your details may be processed outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard data protection clauses approved for use under the UK GDPR. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

We keep enquiry details for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which we delete them.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This site itself sets no cookies.

The hosting infrastructure sets one strictly necessary session-routing cookie (GAESA, up to 30 days), used only to route requests to the same server.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.
